Step 2: Set Product

Set the Product to be linked to the Customer Enquiry

1. From your Main Dashboard , tap on Office and choose Customer Helpdesk

2. Choose  and click on 

3. To add product click on

  • Assign To - Owner or Person in charge of this Product
  • This person will get a Notification everytime there is new enquiry regarding their product.
