Step 1: Setting Allow List

Only authorized user is able to access Customer Helpdesk. To do that, Super Admin has to allow them via the setting.
1. From your Main Dashboard , tap on Office
and choose Customer Helpdesk
2. Choose and click on
3. To update list click on
- Check / Uncheck on employee name and Save the changes
