This is an optional setting. Define the duration for each Linkage.

1. From your Main Dashboard , select Works and then select Work Flow

2. Tap on

3. Click on   and

• Link To - Choose the Linkage Item
• Filter - Set the time frame / duration. eg -3 Months. Meaning you may link the Work Flow with tasks from the last 3 months up to current date.

**From here you may update the Linkage setting, whether to remove (Delete) or to change the setting limit (Edit)
