Further classify or tag your Customers according to your own definition. Whether by Product they are interested in, or by Advertisement Media Code they are attract with, etc.

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Common Data and click on Customer

You can use the "Extra Field" as a Customer filtering criteria.
