Step 1: Set Customer Category

Customer Category is very important to classify your Customer for better sorting of customer database and managing it in a correct manner.

Example by the Industries they are in, or by the Services/Product you are providing to them..etc

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Common Data and click on Customer

2. Tap on and choose

3. Tap on click on

       

Besides using Customer Category, you may also use the EXTRA FIELD to further classify your Customers.
