Step 1: Main Setting

First of all, Super Admin has to do the Setting.

From Main Dashboad follow the steps

1. Go to Human Resource and select Monthly Appraisal Report

2. Tap on

There are 3 sections to be completed

A. Submission Setting

  • Choose the Report generation date.
  • Tick on User Name who require to receive the Appraisal Report.
  • Turn this setting to "Active" (to activate). The system will generate the report every month while the setting is "Active". To turn-off the setting, choose "Inactive".
  • Click button to save the changes of this section.

        

B. Commenter Setting

  • Set the Commenter in sequential.
  • Click button to Add more Stage.
  • Click button to Remove Stage starts from the bottom.
  • Click button to save the changes of this section.

        

C. Grade Label & Color Setting

  • Grade Label and Color will be shown on the Appraisal Report.
  • You may change the Label (Outstanding, Excellent, Good, Average, Poor) to your own definition.
  • Click button to save the changes of this section.
