A business cannot function unless the planning and assessing of results occur continuously at all levels in the organisation. Organizations need this process so that they can manage their human resources, and therefore, their business, more effectively. This requires systematic planning and regular review of employee performance.
Performance appraisal is a human resources management activity that allows you to stand back and take the time to observe the growth of employees based on the organization’s environment, context and culture. This activity provides the opportunity to highlight strengths while also identifying areas requiring improvement.
There are 2 types of appraisal in i3Teamworks.
1. Self Appraisal
To have a Self Appraisal, admin need to set the Roles & Responsibility for each staff first, in order for them to submit every week, or every month according to the setting. At the end of each week or month, the staff need to submit the appraisal to their superior through the system.
2. Auto Submission Appraisal
Auto Submission Appraisal is according to overall activity through the system, including Attendance, Memo, Task Management, Customer Management, Telemarketing, Sales Activities, Sales Pipeline and Score Card.
