1. From your Main Dashboard, tap on SALES  and click SLAM Report

2. Tap on 

Monitor the Sales Pipeline value by Staff and by Lead Stages

 

Sort the Customer by the most Sales Lead or by the Last Visitation

 

Valid Call is referring to Telemarketing Minimum Call Length Setting

 

Valid Location - refer to Check In Maximum Radius Setting
