Check In Existing Customer

To start using Check In system, learn how to Enable Location Access
If you are visiting EXISTING CUSTOMER (Customer is already in your i3TW Customer Database), follow the steps.
- Learn how to Add Customer here
- Learn how to Add Contact here
From your Main Dashboard, tap on SALES and click Check In
- Choose "Search Customer" and enter the Customer Name
- Click Search button
- Tick at Customer Name and choose the Contact.
- Choose appropriate Activity Type
- Click Check In button
Important Note!
If this is your first time Check In for this Customer, system will prompt you to update the Customer GPS Location according to Check In Latitude & Longitude.
