Referrer Assignment

Referrer programs can improve your profitability by encouraging customers to promote your brand with double-sided incentives. It is important for the manager to find out the right customer to be in the referrer programs.

Using i3Teamworks, you can assign the Sales Person to manage and concentrate on the selected customer.

To do that, follow below instruction:

1. From your Main Dashboard, tap on SALES  and click Referrer

2. Tap on 

3. Search the Customer which you will need to get a referrer from and click

Search Customer based on the filter such as

  • Staff - Sales Person (Customer Assign To this Sales Person)
  • Category - Customer Category
  • Company Name 

4. From Customer listing, click button next to Customer name if you decided to assign the above Staff to get Referrer from this Customer.

5. Once the above steps completed, system will tag the Customer with the Staff Name
