The next step is to Link Department to KPI.

Please remember that due to access rights controls, one has to be a Super Admin in order to create “Company & Department”. As such, please ensure that the required Companies and/or Departments are created before coming to this step.

1. From your Main Dashboard go to Works and select KPI

2. Tap on

On this page, you are able to select KPI items (From KPI Group) which is relevant to the Department.

KPI Item : Sales Revenue & New Leads/Opportunity
