Step 1: Add New KPI

Once your company’s Vision & Mission Statements are defined, the next step is to determine the KPIs that you believe each department and each individual staff member needs to have.

In order to make segmentation more conveniently done, create as many (related) KPI items as you wish and grouped it under one KPI Group.

This setting is available for Super Admin

1. From your Main Dashboard go to Works and select KPI

2. Tap

3. Click on

4. Add 1 KPI Item per time and submit. To add more KPI ITEM into the same group, follow the same steps and make sure you use in the same KPI GROUP name
