To start implementing KPIs, each company will need to go back to the basics to establish both a Vision and a Mission Statement. There is an abundance of information online to help you do this. In order to ensure that your entire organisation understands what the Vision and Mission Statements they are striving for, you will need to update the main page in the i3TeamWorks KPI application.
