Create Task

1. Go to Works and choose Meeting

2. Tap on

3. Click on Meeting Title

4. Click on the icon in each row (of agenda). Link the agenda to individual task for immediate delegation.

5. Below is a "simplified task form". You may change each item accordingly

  • Task Title
  • Due Date
  • CC List (of the task)
  • Task Description
  • Assign To

Click  to save changes

Click to cancel the changes and return to Agenda Listing as per step 4

Note: Below image shows how Created Task are shown in Meeting Minutes
