Suspend User Account

From Main Dashboad follow the steps

1. Go to Common Data  and select Setting

2. Go to Users tab 

3. Choose the User Account and click on Edit button

4. Set the Status to Inactive and Save the record

5. If the user has Resigned, you may perform next action, User Resignation Process
