Topic Setting can be manage by Managerial Level based on Department they are incharged of.

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Common Data and click on Mothly Planner 

2. Choose

3. Click on Add New

4. Select Department and enter the Topic and Focus Area. You may choose to link this Topic to other modules within i3TeamWorks.
