Email Clicked by Contacts

This report shows that your Customer has open the email and clicked on the link provided in the email.
*Note: Email broadcast in this case require 3rd party integration which will be advised by M3Tech upon request.
1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Common Data and click on Customer
2. Click on
3. Tap on View to open Customer Detail Page.
4. At Customer detail page, click on Email Clicked
5. Report is displayed by each Contact Name and the Campaing refers to the Email sent to them.
