Common Pool

Customers already in the database can be assigned to members of the sales team. Alternatively, they can also choose from those customers that have not been assigned (the “common pool”).
Management are able to set limits to the maximum number of clients that each salesperson can hold, and if so, one has to give up to the common pool before one can take more. This is to prevent hoarding of customers, and also provided a level of fairness to the customers.

You may filter Customer based on be,ow criteria and move them into Common Pool.

  • Rating Percentage
  • No Telemarketing Call - when was the last call made to this customer
  • No Visitation - when was the last visitation

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Common Data and click on Customer

2. Click Manage Customer and click Inactive Pool tab 

3. Select the Customer you would like to move into Common Pool.

4. Tick the Check Box next to Customer Name and click  to complete your action.
