Inactive Pool

Inactive Pool - is Customer which has not been attended to by the owner for a certain period of time. To ensure it's being taken care by other employee the Customer shall be moved to a "Common Pool".

Common Pool means the Customer is not own by any employee. Hence, these Customer are available to be picked by any employee.

You can move the Customer into Common Pool as per below steps

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Common Data and click on Customer

2. Click Manage Customer and click Inactive Pool tab 

3. Sort the Customer you would like to move into Common Pool.

5. Tick the Check Box next to Customer Name and click to complete your action.

 

Note: To confirm the process, Search the Customer under "Unassigned". This is the Customer under Inactive Pool / Common Pool
