Import Customer

Before start import the Customer data, please follow below Setting

Once the above steps completed, follow below guide to Import Customer.

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Common Data  and click on Customer

2. Click Manage Customer and click Import Customer tab

3. Download the Customer File Template as per guide in the page.

4. Enter the Customer details in the downloaded file. Save the File into your local computer.

Note: Please DO NOT

  • Change the Column Name
  • Add Column
  • Remove column

5. In the Import Customer form, select the Customer Category, Customer Source, Assign To, Sharing

6. Browse your local computer and select the File which you have saved earlier (Step 4). Then click Start button.
