Step 4: Set Roles & Responsibility

From Main Dashboad follow the steps

1. Go to Office  and click on Roles & Responsibility

 

Enter the Roles & Responsibility for each staff. Click on Edit icon to proceed.

To group the user into their area of their responsibility, click on Setting >> Staff Group

Set the below properties

  1. Designation
  2. Roles & Responsibility
    • For the fist time, enter the Roles & Responsibility and then click "Save" button
    • Subsequent user, you may select to "Copy" the existing Roles & Responsibility from other user within same department.
