Step 3: Create Task & Activity

Create Task under Task Category . Each Task Category can have multiple Tasks group together.

Task will be the item that employee/employer has to rate during the appraisal.

Assign this task or activity to be performed by specific group of employee.

1. From Main Dashboard , go to Office  and click on Roles & Responsibility 

 

2. Tap on   and choose 

Select Category

Enter the Task To Perform by the employee

Tick the targetted Employee Group / Staff Group

Enter the Frequency

Select to link this task/activity to any system record, example, link to Task Management (Total Completed Task) or Meeting schedule (Total Actiities)
