Assign Leads For Enquiry

Enquiry from Customers which identified as a potential sales shall be transfered to the Salesperson by creating Sales Lead from Customer Helpdesk.

Go to Office >> Customer Helpdesk


Tap on Listing

Click on Preview icon as highlighted below.


In Enquiry Details page, select the option to Create Sales Lead
