1. From your Main Dashboard , tap on Office and choose Customer Helpdesk

2. Tap on

3. Click on this icon from Action column in the display table.

4. Choose Assign Sales Lead from action drp down.

5. Enter the details as requested and click Submit.

If the enquiry is coming from new customer, by converting it into sales lead, the customer will also automatically registered into your CRM.
