Assign Task For Enquiry

If the enquiry require some work to be done, you may create task from the Customer Helpdesk.

Go to Office >> Customer Helpdesk


Tap on Listing

Click on Preview icon as highlighted below.

Select "Create Task" from the drop down option.

The "Assign To" will be receiving new task in their Task Management.
