Close an Enquiry Ticket

1. From your Main Dashboard , tap on Office and choose Customer Helpdesk

2. Tap on

3. Click on this icon from Action column in the display table.

4. Choose Close from action drp down.

5. Enter the Remarks column and click Submit.
