Submit New Enquiry

1. From your Main Dashboard , tap on Office and choose Customer Helpdesk

3. Tap on 

  • Select whether the enquiry is coming from New/Existing Customer or from Consumer.
  • Select an appropriate Product for the enquiry. Suggested to set a "General" product for easy maintenance of your Customer Helpdesk.
  • Select Media Code if the enquiry is regarding your marketing advertisement.
  • Link the enquiry to a Marketing Campaing. Read more article in SALES Culture to learn more..


  •  Enter the Company Name / Consumer Name and other information about the person who made an enquiry
