Step 3: Set Media Code

Setting the Media Code is another option to enable you to analyse the effectiveness of your marketing campaign or advertisement. When the incoming calls or equiries are linked to the Media Code, the tabulation report will be ready for you.

Go to Office >> Customer Helpdesk

                  

 Tap on Setting and add the Media Code according to your advertisement channel

        

Set the Media Code to be linked to the new enquiry.
