Step 2: Set Product

Set the Product to be link to the Customer Enquiry

Go to Office >> Customer Helpdesk

                   

Tap on Setting and add the products

         

Set the Person in-charge of this product by selecting the Assign To field. The person in charge will be getting a Notification everytime there is new enquiry regarding their product.
