Set Memo Reminder

This is an optional Setting. Email Reminder will be sent to the Recipient if they do not acknowledge the Memo within a specific time frame set in Reminder Setting

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Office  and click on Memo

2. Tap on Reminder Setting and click on button


Important Field:

  • Subject/Title -Reminder Title
  • Remind Recipient -Maximum duration after the Memo was sent
  • Recipient -Target recipient for to receive the Reminder (use the selection box)
  • Status -To turn off reminder you do not need to delete the setting, just set the Status to "Inactive"


  • Email Subject -Set Reminder Email Subject
  • Email Body -Email Content
  • Set CC / BCC List of this reminder


  • Add To Disciplinary Record -Define if this Reminder shall be consider as an official warning records. If YES, select the Memo Category. The system will generate another Memo to be sent to the recipient and will be classify into selected Memo Category
