Sending Memo

Create the Memo to be sent to designated person in i3TW platform. Super Admin & Admin is allowed to send memo.
1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Office and click on Memo
2. Choose
3. Enter the Memo details and click Send.
Note:
- Classify your Memo into categories. Set your own Memo Category here.
- Selected person you dedicate this Memo will receive the Notification.
Optional
- If you require the Recipient to leave a feedback on the Memo, please tick on the option:
- To send email reminder if user did not acknowledge the Memo. Perform Step 1 to Step 3 above and then, option will show as below:
- At Email Reminder - choose On or Off
