Step 2: Set Form Entry

After Template submission from Step 1 system will prompt user to set the form entry.
- Enter the Question and Requirement
- Define the Type of Answer - This is the Input Section which need to be fill in by the target user later on.
- Click Save button.
User Entry which you have added will be shown as below. You may change the Entry Order accordingly by changing the Position number and click on Save Position button
