Customer Data Analysis

Customer Data Analysis provides a summary of common "Customer Data" entered by the SalesPerson. These data need to be update to ensure your Organization is maintaining a good quality Customer Information.

1. From your Main Dashboard, tap on SALES and click Sales Console 

2. Tap on Customer Data Analysis 

3. In Common Data  section, the analysis is based on

  • Common Name - populated by the Contact First Name
  • Common Email Address
  • Common Mobile Number
  • Common Phone Nuber

This section is visible to all User Type (Normal User - limited to own contact)

Below table shows sample Analysis report by Common Name. Click on the Name or Total Number to see details.
