Your existing customers are among the most important assets of your business - they have already chosen you instead of your competitors.

Studies across a number of sectors show that the cost of keeping an existing customer is around 10% of the cost of acquiring a new one. So, economically it makes good sense. Putting together a good retention strategy will also lead to increased customer profitability, as the longer the relationship, the lower the account maintenance cost.

1. From your Main Dashboard, tap on SALES and click Sales Console

Existing customer relationships are opportunities to increase sales because your customers will already have a degree of trust in your recommendations. Assign a senior manager as the policy's champion but make sure that all your staff are involved - often the lower down the scale you go, the more direct contact with customers there is.
