Manager's Focus

1. From your Main Dashboard, tap on SALES  and click Sales Console 

2. Refer to below section "Manager's Focus"

Sales person can easily forecast their sales for the months ahead, depending on the sales cycles.

From the Manager's Focus console, Sales Manager can focus on identifying the weaknesses of salesperson and provide correct level of coaching.

For first time setup of i3TW, you will find no report available. Follow the steps to enable the above Report.

  • Select the Sales Lead to be monitored closely.
  • From Sales Console Dashboard, click on Select Sales Pipeline
