Make a Telemarketing Call

To use Telemarketing module you need a Mobile phone to browse the i3TeamWorks. After calles made, it will appear in your Sales Activity Performance Report.

1. From your Main Dashboard tap on Sales  and click Telemarketing

2. Click on the Customer Name

  • You can search by Customer Name
  • You can filter Customer by the option given such as Type, Source, Area, etc..

3. Upon finishing the phone call, the salesperson is able to plan the next call. The salesperson is also able to access his/her customer’s records and insert comments in Real Time about the salient points discussed during the phone conversation.
