Share Customer

In i3TW CRM, each Customer is assigned to a Sales Person. Hence, only owner is accessible or allowed to modify and maintain Customer Contact, Address, Sales Lead, Activity (Check-In), Proposal related this Customer.

If you would like other colleagues to share the same customer, you may use "Sharing Customer" function.

Super Admin may set the sharing option here.

You may share the Customer with other co-worker while you are doing any of these:

1) Add New Customer (one-by-one)

2) Upload Customer (in batch file)

3) Edit Customer (after you have added to Customer)
