Step 1: Set Allow List

Allow List in an authorize person to maintain the Budget Control module.
Super Admin, by default will have access to do the first time setup.
Admin in Allow List can maintain the Budget Allocation, Setting and View the Report.
Other User need to be in Allow List to be able to view the Budget.
1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Office and click on Budget Control
