Action On Incident Report

The Owner of the Product need to action upon receiving the Incident Report. There are few steps to choose from

a) Check and Close the Incident Report

b) Create a Task Request (Work Culture)

c) Create a Field Work Job (Work Culture)

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Office and click on Incident Report 

2. Tap on

3. Click on Transfer icon as shown below

4. Choose appropriate Action

5. Fill in the required detail accordingly.
