Set Approval Process (Stages)

1. From your Main Dashboard, tap on SALES and click Quotation 

2. Tap on  and click 

There are 2 Types of Approval: General Rule and Specific Rule

1. General Rule

Add New - To add more stages for approval process

Delete - To remove the stages by steps, from bottom to top

2. Specific Rule

This rule is only applicable to the selected Requester. It will automatically override the General Rule

Note: Approver will receive a notification whenever there is new request of approval.
