Set Approval Stage

In Approval Stage, you may define a hyrarcy of approval process. Stage 1 = First Approval, followed by Stage 2 and so on..

Assign a particular person for each stage.

1. From your Main Dashboard, go to Office and click on Approval Center

2. Click on the header (top left) to see the sub menu under Approval Center. Then clik Leave

 

3. Tap on and choose 

  • You may set 2 types of rules, which is General Rules or Specific Rule

a) General Rule - Applies to everyone in the organization

b) Specific Rule - Only applies to specific employee

4. To add Stages, clik on + Add New box as shown below.

Enter the required information and click

** Label - will represent the stage.
